Free Express Shipping
Hairvivi provides free international shipping (except for EU countries) for all wigs. But wig with extra items like human hair bang, elastic band, etc, will exceed our weight range for free shipping, so we charge the overweight shipping fee.
Some of our wigs' processing time is within 5 business days. Processing time of other items or some options, please refer to the custom days on the product page.
We usually ship by DHL, FedEx with expedited shipping depending on your location; shipping time is about 3 - 5 business days.
Po.Box & Military Base
PO. Boxes, Military addresses (APO, FPO) cannot be delivered. Please leave a physical address for your order.
Orders shipped to countries out of United States may be subject to duties and taxes that are levied when your parcel arrives in your country. We usually declare the hair as “Synthetic Hair” (UK orders will be declared as "Real Human Hair") with a very lower value to help avoid taxes, but if it still happens, Hairvivi is NOT responsible for any duties and taxes. Please contact the local customs office on your side for more information regarding custom policies.
Sign for Delivery
It is strongly recommended for you to Sign For Delivery. We ship to the correct address you left for your order but we won't be responsible for the loss caused by your authorization to leave the parcel in front of the door, courtyard and any places else.
Orders including more than one item may be shipped out separately and arrive on different days. We will inform the tracking number to you by email respectively.
We send tracking numbers by email within 24-48 hours after your order is shipped out.
What is item processing time?After your order has been received, every item will undergo strict quality control in order to ensure the product's quality. Please note that different items are subject to different processing times.

Annual Chinese Public Holidays: Chinese Lunar New Year (usually in February), Labor Day (1st May every year), Chinese National Day (1st October every year). Free Return & Exchange Policy
It is important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase.
If for any reason you do not absolutely love the item you ordered, we offer FREE returns and exchanges service only for wigs. Please do not cut the lace, make sure the wig is unaltered, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in original packaging within 15 days.
Before shipping back, please email us firstly for the shipping address. Please do not send your return to the sender's address on your package. This is not the return address and will affect the processing of your return. We have all the rights to refuse the package if you send it back without our permission.
Custom-made orders can't be exchanged and returned except for our mistakes.
1.Email firstname.lastname@example.org within 15 days after receiving your package to make an application for exchange. Emails received after 15 days will not be taken into consideration.
2.Please email us with photos of the hair for our reference. We will reply with return instructions after confirming it's in consistency with our policies.
3.We can offer exchange without restocking fee for the items that have not been worn or tampered with. After we have received the returned package from you we will then ship the exchanged item.
4.For any price differences between the exchanged items, we will charge you extra or credit back the overcharge.
5.Please don't bother to send the box, you can pack the wig directly with the express bag. The returned product should be shipped only by FedEx. Customers who don’t follow the return instruction will be responsible for extra shipping fee caused.

2.Repair services after 3 months will be charged a fee that depends on what kind of repair needs to be done.

4.We will initially determine the cause based on the photos, specific reasons and repair methods will be given after wig is received and checked by professional staff.
5.The repair costs and re-shipping fee will be on the customers if the damage is the result of inappropriate use.
6.Customers are responsible for the return shipping fee.
