5 by 5 closure wigs only have lace covering the forehead and no lace at sideburns, which causes the sideburns of the wig laying behind your own. This is a solution to avoid wefts showing not a size issue.

2.PO. Boxes, Military addresses (APO, FPO) cannot be delivered. A physical address is needed.

4. Orders shipped to countries out of the United States may be subject to duties and taxes. We declare a very lower value to help avoid taxes, but if it still happens, Hairvivi is NOT responsible for it.

5. Hairvivi provides free international shipping for our wigs. The price we offer for items, like human hair bang, elastic band, clips,etc, is the lowest in the market as well. But wig with extra items will exceed our weight range for free shipping, so we charge $8 for the overweight shipping fee.

Hairvivi is proudly known to be the first company to offer pre-bleached knots, pre-plucked hairline, pre-sewn elastic bands, and pre-made fake scalps with no extra charge for our customers.
Pre-bleached knots
Hairvivi gained initial awareness in 2017 when we first time launched customized wigs with bleached knots in the wig industry. Bleaching knots yourself can easily take hours, and if it’s done improperly it can damage your wig. Our refined and perfected method keeps the knots looking visible and ensures the knots remain stable.

Pre-plucked Hairline
Our Pre-plucked Hairline method uses a special hand-tied approach to create a natural density transition for the hairline, which allows our wigs to stay looking natural without shedding usually caused by overplucking. With this technique, you’ll never see a harsh dividing line between the hairline and the back of a Hairvivi wig.

Pre-sewn Elastic Band

| Hairvivi was the first company to manually sew elastic bands onto our products. | We improved our elastic bands by making it removable and adjustable. | We released our Piano Keys Elastic Band. In order to execute our design perfectly, we tested the sewing position numerous times. The result was an elastic band optimized with 4 fitting spots for a secure and snug fit for all types of wearers. The elastic band is also made with more durable material and more room for adjustment. |
Pre-made Fake Scalp
Developing our Pre-made Fake Scalp is as much an art as it is a science. We released our first fake scalp version in March 2019 after a rigorous testing process of various cap positions and colors on different skin tones. Soon after we decided to add an extra layer of delicate, thin, and breathable silk on the cap to ensure its durability. It’s hard to distinguish where our fake scalp starts and ends from the outside.
