Below are techniques we are most proud of developing that have really changed the wig game.
2016
PRE-SEWN TRANSITIONAL HAIRLINE
In 2016, Hairvivi was the first company to launch pre-sewn transitional hairline. This is achieved by a new and special hand-tied technique to create a natural density transition along the hairline.
2017
PRE-BLEACHED KNOTS
In 2017, Hairvivi was the first to launch customized wigs with pre-bleached knots in the wig industry. It was imperative to keep the knots looking invisible while ensuring the knots remain stable. This simplified the installation process and saved our customers time. As you can see, bleaching the knots makes the wig look natural.
2019
PRE-MADE FAKE SCALP
After testing various cap materials, cap positions, and colors, Hairvivi released their pre-made fake scalp in 2019. The goal was to achieve a more natural and realistic look even in the sunlight. After years of adjustments, we further upgraded the fake scalp material to ensure its durability and breathability. We hand-selected three different swatches to have it blend into your skin tone seamlessly.
2020
PIANO KEYS ELASTIC BAND
In April 2020, Hairvivi launched the piano keys elastic band with the goal of having our wigs fit as perfectly as possible. This meant giving our customers more room for adjustment. After experimenting with different sewing positions, we found the most optimal results by adding three slots near the temple. This gave a secure and snug fit even without applying glue.

FITTED GLUELESS WIGS
In January 2022, Hairvivi continued our mission to evolve their wigs and simplify the installation process by launching their new and improved-Fitted Glueless Wigs. Customers can now install their wigs with or without glue because the lace lays flat and snug along the hairline, see example below.

In September 2022, Hairvivi launched a revolutionary upgrade to the fake scalp to further enhance the effortless and natural look our wigs provide. The new true scalp tape is ultra-thin and breathable. Customers can choose from 3 different colors to match their skin tone and also makes it easier to conceal the bleached knots.
