RETURN POLICY

It is important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. 

If for any reason you do not absolutely love the item you ordered, we offer FREE returns service only for wigs.

● Please do not cut the lace, make sure the wig is unaltered, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in original packaging within 30 days. 

● Please click "Start a return" to begin the return process quickly. We have the right to refuse the package if you send it back without our permission.

● We will process your return request within 24 hours.

● Please do not send your return to the sender's address on your package.

● The customs duties are non-refundable because they were already collected by your customs when the package was shipped to you.

● Place the wig in the bag only. There is no need to return the box.

● Custom-made orders can't be exchanged and returned except for our mistakes.

● Once we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
